My order showed up in great shape, so I’m giving it 5 stars. I was a little nervous about getting soup shipped, but everything arrived clean, cold, and intact.

The box was sturdy, the items were packed tightly, and there were no leaks or smashed corners. The cold packs were still cold when I opened it, which was a relief.

The only thing I would’ve liked is slightly clearer instructions on what to do right after delivery, like whether to refrigerate or freeze certain items right away. Other than that, it was packed properly, easy to unpack, and really reassuring to see they take shipping seriously.

The broth was the part I liked most. It has that real chicken flavor, not too salty at all, and it really reminded me of the soup my grandma used to make. I heated it up for lunch and ended up finishing the whole thing. Simple, simple, but so good.

I tried this soup the other day it tasted good, kind of homemade, or at least more homemade than some of the others I’ve had. That said, I don’t know, it felt a little salty to me, though maybe that’s just my taste. I also couldn’t really tell much about the ingredients or nutrition from what I saw, so it’s hard to say how healthy it actually is. I’d eat it again, but probably not if I was specifically trying to pick the healthiest option.

I don’t want to be too harsh, but the noodles were just okay for me. They weren’t bad, but they could definitely be better. I’d probably try something else next time just to be safe.

The packaging seemed fine, so I’m not sure what happened, but it just didn’t feel safe to eat like that... I ended up heating it and the taste was okay, but for the price I expected it to be either properly hot or actually chilled...
